We report a case of Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber Syndrome with impending cardiac failure with hyper dynamic circulation. Ligation of superficial femoral artery, ligation of dilated vein on the lateral aspect leg and excision of vascular malformation over dorsum of foot was done in order to prevent cardiac failure. Pre-operative and post-operative changes in pulse rate, blood pressure and echocardiogram suggested imporvement in cardiac status.
