Full text not available from this repository.Abstract
Etching the enamel surface with phosphoric acid is an accepted and widely applied technique to improve bonding of composite resin to the enamel.Othertechnique such as air abrasion ,bleaching and microabrasion also alter the enamel surface ,but limited data is available about the repercussion on the shear bond strength ,when the final option is direct composite bonding. This study aims in determining the shear bond strength of resin composite to air abraded ,phosphoric acid etched, microabraded and bleached enamel.
