The effect of corrosion on the bond strength between reinforcement bars and self compacting concrete of different mixes using different cementing materials have been studied in a series of experiment. An accelerated corrosion method was used to corrode the reinforcement(TMT bars)for a corrosion level of 2.5% for both 12mm and 16mm bars. The load-slip behavior of different mix is studied for 2.5% corrosion.
