Abstract
We report a case of epithelioid sarcoma of the forearm, which presented in a benign fashion leading to confusion in diagnosis, but turned out to be a high-grade malignant lesion on histopathological examination. Our initial marginal excision failed to control the disease further emphasising the fact that wide excision / radical excision / amputation needs to be done to prevent recurrence. Eventhough, adjuvant chemo and radiotherapy has been shown to be beneficial for this disease in literatures; it did not prevent recurrence in our patient.
