Being a resource based scheduling technique it’s more a contractor oriented. Line of balance (LOB), a resource based scheduling technique developed in the early 1940s is also getting enriched outputs with the various construction activities whenever implemented. The study focuses on the after effects of implementation of CCPM and LOB from the client. The paper tries to bring financial progress in the spotlight.
