Abstract
Due to the complexity of the contemporary construction projects the need for modern day construction project management techniques is at the zenith. Line of balance (LOB), which was devised in the early 1940’s, is strength to the project management world especially to the construction domain. The line-of-balance (LOB) method of scheduling is well suited to projects that are composed of activities of a linear and repetitive nature. This paper discusses the enhancement instigated after the implementation of LOB method in the construction domain.
