Abstract
Crown fractures account for a majority of the traumatic injuries in the oral cavity. This usuallyrequires a multidisciplinary approach for esthetic and functional rehabilitation. This case reportdescribes the management of a sub gingivally fractured permanent central incisor by endodonticallytreating the tooth, orthodontically extruding the tooth using a removable appliance and thereonrestoring it to normal esthetics and function with a porcelain fused to metal crown.
