Abstract
The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has globalized the collection & services of the libraries. The factors like information explosion, space problem, high information demand from the users, availability of information in varied forms and demand of new and more personalized services by users, made libraries to move towards e- resources turning them into digital libraries. Making the electronic resources available requires a proper designing of the libraries. This paper will discuss the various methods through which digital information can be managed and provided to the library users by making library always on.
