Abstract

Birds build nests. Ants build anthills. On Planet Earth, building activity has been going on since life began. We can co-relate relationship between Housing Company and Client in the following way: It /t is the Client who makes developer proud to say that they are best by meeting requirements of the client in such a way which a client can afford and can happily agree upon." In this paper an attempt has been made to highlight the points to be looked into from the client's point of view so that he can justify the amount of the loan for which he is applying depending on the types of amenities provided by the builder. We have taken the example of one of the projects, which is in progress in JP Nagar at Bangalore.
