Abstract
In this paper we discussed the various methodologies to pre - process the signals of the mental tasks based on Electroencephalogram (EEG). Bio sensors read the brain signal which contains the original signals along with the noisy signals. These noisy signals have to be removed before going to the next stage that is feature extraction.
