Abstract
The paper discusses about the application of floating gate techniques to Wilson current mirror for low power VLSI circuits. The effective threshold voltage reduces when using this technique. This greatly reduces the leakage power dissipation of the circuit and hence overall power dissipation minimizes. The circuit is simulated using HSPICE with 0.18u technology file and results are compared with conventional one.
