In our fast paced and upwardly mobile society, patients will see a dentist for two reasons; discomfort and esthetics.the dental professional must be able to relate to patients concerns both physically and psychologically.an attachment retained removable partial denture is not an outdated treatment modality. There are a significant number of patients who could benefit from this treatment option in both short and long term.in this particular case ,a lower attachment retained cast partial denture was chosen as a treatment modality. This article provides a simplified approach to this treatment option.
