Bronchial involvement in rhinosporidiosis is rare. It poses a therapeutic problem for both airway management and resection of the lesion. This article reports a novel method of resection of bronchial rhinosporidiosis using laser and bipolar cautery. A 30 year old man, a known case of recurrent nasal and nasopharyngeal rhinosporidiosis presented with stridor. Computed tomography scan of thorax showed a soft tissue density in the right bronchus. The lesion was removed under guidance of a thirty degree rigid endoscope using KTP 532 laser and bipolar cautery via access through a tracheostoma. No bronchial recurrence was noted after 10 years of follow up.
