Abstract
Managers infuse life into business. The present study explores the management competence of under-represented and seemingly marginalised minority business owners. Instead of highly formalized corporate practices, micro-enterprises follow rather individual preferences and personal priorities in managerial decision making. The study could find that the real meaning of management of micro-enterprises goes beyond the conventional semantics of business administration.
