The quality of service would be judged by the customers’ only after experiencing it. The customers’ judgment is highly influenced by the quality of the tangible that the customers use during the service delivery. In the banking service delivery pay-in-slip is one of the many tangibles that are used by both customers and non-customers’. This study attempts to identify study and analyze the factors influencing the usability of pay-in-slip and in the turn identify its impact on Customer Satisfaction. As the part of this study, data was collected from 30 participants using a questionnaire using convenience sampling. Pay-in-slips of four banks were compared and analyzed for the following attributes-background color, font size, writing space, paper quality, readability and appeal
