Abstract

In the last two decades several modification has been made on the basic structure of the smith predictor in order to improve the performance of servo and regulatory responses. As a special case integral plant are being a challenging one in the design of controller, the problem which are facing with type of plants is that it gives a constant steady state error for the load disturbance (offset).In this paper we made an attempt to design a frequency based design of controller for such integral plants.
