Abstract
This paper is concerned with the problem of designing a stabilizing controller for a class of uncertain dynamical systems. Here we apply H infinity robust control theory to the Idle speed control system. In H infinity robust control theory, a compensator can be realized by looking for proper function C(s) satisfying |W2CS|<1 and |W1S|<1 in which W1 and W2 are suitable weighting function. Also compare PD controller with lead compensator.
