Abstract
A 38 year old lady underwent myomectomy. Total hysterectomy with bilateral ovariectomy done 2 years later for multiple fibroids (highly cellular leiomyomata) present in uterus and omentum. Patient presented 9 months later with multiple pelvic tumors diagnosed as stage 4 low-grade endometrial stromal sarcoma after surgicopathological staging. She is well one year following surgical debulking.
