Abstract
This study was an attempt to look at the level of awareness, understanding and importance of the concept of CSR from the perspective of managerial level employees of hospitality industry. They reported that CSR improves governmental relations, investor relations, brand image of the company and felt that it is a value addition to the company. The awareness among the managers about various aspects of CSR is high, which is a positive indication for the organizations and to customers, shareholders and society in general.
