Abstract
Need to enhance employee satisfaction is critical because it is a key to business success of any organization. Employee satisfaction is a good measure to evaluate personal attitude to the professional activity of an organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship of demographics with expectations met, salary & rewards, positive or negative aspects and working environment with employee satisfaction in the hotel industry. Outcomes of the study were used to increase the level of employee satisfaction for the mutual benefit of the employee and organization and also address issues and challenges to create and maintain sound teams that inspire creative ideas and willingly towards a common goal of delivering the best customer service possible.
