Internet is one of the important promoter or coordinator for consumers and they use this medium almost every phase. Online shopping sites are generally a medium of purchasing products or services over the Internet all around the world, which has grown in popularity over the years. The result of the study shows that internet consumer trust and perceived risk have strong impacts on their purchasing decisions. Student`s trust, privacy concerns, security concerns are the major factors for using internet for shopping, the trust on websites influence to the purchasing decision of any consumer. This entire factor will increase the goodwill and brand name of the site and help them to sustain and compete in the market.
