Abstract
Balance is an important characteristic of nature. It is important to establish a sustainable balance of key parameters if one is to move towards growth and development. The same characteristics are attributed to both thermal and visual comfort. If a person is thermally or visually uncomfortable, he or she will be unable to work effectively thus reducing human efficacy. A combination of photometric and radiometric quantities will help us determine a suitable and effective comfort zone
