Abstract
Aspergillus fumigatus is a filamentous mold that causes infections in patients who are inmmunocompromised. We report a case ofAspergillus tracheobronchitis in fulminant systemic lupus erythematosus case. Diagnosis with more invasive diagnostic procedures & aggressive antifungal therapy is indicated at early stage.
