Abstract
Security Threats are most common in ecommerce and e-bussiness transactions. Even though there are enough security measures currently, a coplete security infrastructure is a frame work on which the security services are established. Interoperability between PKIs is a common problem that one can experience. In this paper we implement an algorithm to merge two hierarchical PKIs and hence show the possibiity of interoperability between them.
