Abstract

The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship between work-family conflict, family-work conflict and job satisfaction of the women employees working in information technology industries in Bengaluru. This study presents the results of an exploratory study conducted on 308 women employees working in various cadres in IT industries in Bengaluru. The results contribute towards understanding how work-family conflict could help improve job satisfaction.
