Abstract
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a non-invasive technique to visualize internal structures of the human body.MRI gives the better characterization of the soft tissue compared to other imaging technique like CT.In the proposed paper 3D MRI T2 weightedsequence is acquired to segment the space occupying lesion and using segmented volume, 3D rendering and clipping is achieved.
