Performance Management has been playing a key role in several organizations for their growth and employees’ growth as well. How performance management can be well used for an educational organization is presented in this paper. Evaluating the teaching faculties is an important constraint in the growth of educational organizations. The customary approach of evaluating faculties is getting the self-appraisals from them in printed forms. The drawback of this approach is less transparency and accuracy. In this paper, an approach is proposed wherein a web based application automates the performance management system. The application is implemented in C# and it uses Naïve Bayes classifier to compute grade for a faculty. It provides more consistency, transparency and accuracy.
