Abstract

This paper presents a study of the vibro-feeder and solution for the problems which rise during its control. The control of the vibro-feeder in a simplified manner depending on the required feed rate will be discussed in addition to the new types & technologies. The paper will also present an alternate design that will replace the present Mother Card and Baby Card system. The vibro-feeder is made easy for the wide range control depending up on the applications. The solutions for the problems in the present Mother Card and Baby Card system type vibro feeder were provided in the paper
