Abstract

This paper presents the results obtained after the analysis of a multistoried structure for their response to seismic and wind loads for various types of foundation. The study started with the collection of standard data pertaining to vibrations caused due to seismic and wind loads. This was done by initially providing a raft foundation to the structure. In the next phase of the project vertical piles were assigned along with the raft. Then inclined piles were provided along with the raft and the vertical piles. The primary motive of the project was to improve the vibrational behavior of the building by using inclined pile system
