The three dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3DCRT) is developed to give good dose conformity to the target volume. The dose distributions in 3DCRT can be quantified using dose volume histograms which graphically summaries 3D dose distribution data in a single curve for each structure. With the availability of treatment planning systems various plans can be easily obtained for the same patient. The choice between plans requires integration and analysis of all the plans. Hence an additional tool which integrates all the data and presents in a quantitative form is required!". In this study we have evaluated the three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) plans generated for locally advanced Ca Cervix tumors (stage liB and above) in two planning systems using various indices.
