## Abstract

Latin squares are special cases of multipermutations which have interesting cryptographic applications. Here, we have constructed some Latin squares over finite rings of small order using bivariate polynomials of linear and quadratic types. We have also examined the orthogonality of such Latin squares when n is not a power of 2.
