Abstract

Zinc Oxide (ZnO) thin films were deposited on glass substrates at 673K using 0.025M and 0.050M concentrations of zinc acetate solution through spray pyrolysis technique. The comprehensive work carried out to analysis of influence of precursor concentration on structure and optical properties of deposited films. The XRD study reveals that, all films were polycrystalline in nature with hexagonal wurtzite structure. The deposited film transmittance and optical energy band gap increased with decrease in molar concentration of precursor solution
