Abstract
This article focuses on multiple response optimization of milling process for composite AISI H11. The study provided to minimize the damage events occurring during milling process for composite material. A statistical approach used to analyze experiment data. Taguchi method with grey relational analysis was used to optimize the machining parameters with multiple performance characteristics in milling of AISI H11.A grey relational grade obtained from the grey relational analysis is used to optimize the process parameters. Optimal process parameters can then be determined by the Taguchi method using the grey relational grade as the performance index. The chosen process parameters for CNC milling operation are speed, feed, doc, and the responses are power and surface roughness. The Experimental results show that parameter depth of cut (Doc) following with speed has the most significant effect on the multiple performance characteristics
