Abstract
ZnO films were deposited on glass substrates using precursor solution of 0.05M and 0.025M at 623K through spray pyrolysis technique. The comprehensive work has been carried out to analyze the change in the structure and optical properties of deposited films with respect to various precursor solutions concentrations. The XRD pattern shows that, deposited thin films are hexagonal wurzite structure. The deposited film transmittance and optical energy band gap increased with decrease in molar concentration of precursor solution.
