Abstract
This paper analyses the effect of network parameter on the performance of feedback control system. Effect of network parameters like transmission delay and quantizer delay on the output of the process system is shown, to derive its relation with the effect caused. Feedback control system consists of a proportional + integral controller, actuator, and a second order plant. Stabilized controller is placed on to a network. Time response parameters of the loop are analyzed by varying network parameters like transmission delay and quantizer delay. To offset the errors caused by these parameters it is essential to derive the relation. Regression analysis is used for the purpose of offset tuning. Results of the proposed technique are analyzed to evaluate the completeness of set objectives
