Abstract

With the increase in the number of online travel agencies (OTA), it is essential for organizations to understand, why travelers prefer OTA's compared to Hotel Websites. In this paper are being made to identify factors that influence customers to prefer OTA's over hotel websites. The other rationale in leading the examination was to think about what the vacationer of the present world think about Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and hotel websites as their engaging quality, their usability and furthermore know the fame of the top ten OTAs compared to hotel websites. The review was accepted from respondents through google forms, mail and through physical questionnaire. With the web picking up prevalence as a business medium, better approaches for working together have created in each perspective in relatively every industry segment. As online appointments have kept on developing, online travel specialists have risen offering their visitors a superior client encounter, winning brand devotion and never neglecting to offer focused rates. As online bookings have continued to grow, online travel agents have emerge offering their guests a better user experience, earning brand loyalty and never failing to offer competitive rates.
