Abstract
Successful root canal treatment involves the complete disinfection of root canal of the teeth using various chemical irrigation solution. Chemical disinfection of canals along with biomechanical preparation helps in the elimination of microorganisms and makes root canal treatment successful. Due to various side effects and poor patient compliance there is a need for alternative herbal irrigants solution. Herbal irrigants being cost effective, safe and with good patient acceptance will become popular among dentist in near future. This review presents overview about various Herbal Irrigants solution and their uses and potency
