Abstract
Vehicular communications systems have the possibility to improve the safety in a day to day life. The advantage of this system is that they can reduce the collision to the greater extent. In this article, we present different ways by which the collisions can be avoided through the various applications like traffic management, pedestrian detection, different assistance systems and collision avoidance. We state the problems and solutions for these applications
