Abstract

Many methodologies and models have been suggested for the planning of strategic information systems planning (SISP), in order to cover up the loopholes in conventional methodologies. In this paper, we attempt to integrate quality function deployment into the SISP process. By its very intrinsic nature, OFD forms an excellent tool for requirements capturing and system design. This Integrated approach attempts to validate the assumption made during information strategic planning phase, and prioritize the parameters involved in the SISP process, by aligning it with the various levels of organizational strategy.
