Abstract
Detection of multiple genetic abnormalities in association with head and neck carcinoma resulted in exploration of biological therapies such as gene therapy , which can target the cancer cells effectively with minimum side effects. The basis of gene therapy and various strategies adopted for head and neck carcinomas (HNC) are discussed in this artical.
