Abstract
Many of the tropical diseases have not remained confined to the endemic areas. The diseases have become widespread and can occur anywhere in the world because of people migration and international travels. As a result it becomes imperative that every clinician should be aware of such tropical diseases and principles of their management. In this chapter an attempt is be made to discuss on Dengue fever, Kala-azar( Leishmaniasis) and Leptospirosis.
