Abstract
While pulmonary tuberculosis is more common in the male, extrapulmonary tuberculosis commonly afflicts women and children. Tuberculosis of the vagina and vulva comprise only l-2% of all cases of genital tuberculosis. Hence, a high index of suspicion is mandatory, especially in developing countries, to diagnose vulva1 tuberculosis.
