Incidence of breast cancer has increased in many folds in recent years; various studies have shown that it is due to change in life style mainly due to invention of electricity that has changed night in to day. In support of this, three strong evidences have been put forth, viz., Night shift workers, Blind menopausal womenmodel and geographical distribution of day light. Besides age, race and genetics, other breast cancer causative factors are controllable and hence incidence of breast cancer can be brought down by regulating life style factors.
