Abstract
Epidemiology, role of sonography in diagnosis, ante- and intrapartum management of multiple pregnancies is discussed. Controversies with respect to role of tocolysis, cerclage and fetal reduction in high order multifetal pregnancies is addressed. Issues about management of non-vertex second twin at vaginal delivery, time interval between twin births and single fetal death are also dealt with.
