Abstract
Creativity and operative sensibility in using English language these days get a paramount importance in our professional lives. In the context of the communication explosion today, particularly in teaching of English as a second language (ESL) situation, there is a need to study the importance of creative aspect of English by both the learners and the teachers. It will certainly become immensely useful in developing among them the productive skills such as material production, script writing, film appreciation, public speech making and even editing for the media in their academic lives. It is the language user, particularly the second language learner, who is called upon and is expected to be fluent and accurate in the present scenario.
