Abstract
The resort industry is a distinctive and dynamic segment of the hospitality industry, producing a unique environment where managers must deal with a wide range of unique issues. The purpose of this study was to find out Customer perception on the services and facilities provided by the Kadkani river resort, Coorg and to also find the gap in services and facilities. Results reveal that customers are happy with the majority of the facilities provided by the resort but need to work on gaps like improvising accessibility, website of the resort, having more channels and providing extra amenities to attract youth.
