Abstract
This paper presents the building bye laws proposed by the local government authorities like BDA, BBMP, BWSSB etc. Every new projects should submit the designs and drawings as per the specifications of these authorities and shall seek the NO Objection Certificate at the start and finishing stage of the project, and finally, the Occupancy Certificate shall be delivered and the project will, then, be established legally. These rules and regulations are applied and analyzed with respect to the Brigade’s ongoing commercial project IRV center located at Whitefield Bangalore. All of the topics discussed will be in the context of this project “IRV centre.”
