Abstract
Schedule, cost and quality control are main aspects in construction project management. Taking duration, cost and quality into account simultaneously, and keeping the balance among them during the whole process of project management are significant for the improvement of the overall benefits of construction project In general, there is a trade-off between duration, cost and quality to complete a project. Keeping the three concepts (Cost, Duration, and Quality) in mind is difficult task to complete the project on time, desired quality, and optimised cost. On basis of analyzing the relationship of duration, cost and quality, this paper establishes duration-cost model and Cost-quality model which considering of certainty and uncertainty in construction project management. Maintaining good quality is one of the main objectives of construction management in addition to meeting designated schedule and cost. And a case study is given to verify the feasibility and practicability of the model in certainty and uncertainty condition in construction
