Abstract
The secondary structure of Ribonucleic acid (RNA) sequence folds is taken into consideration. RNA structure analysis is a computationally complex task. As the sequence size increases the complexity become more to handle. This gives rise to handle the analysis using parallelization technique. In this paper a study on molecular analysis of RNA structure is presented using high performance computing. Parallelization can be achieved by the way of General-purpose Computing on Graphics Processing Unit (GPGPU) based systems.
