Abstract
The paper presents the application possibility of Quality Management System in residential apartment construction. This topic includes role and responsibilities of different organizations to achieve sound construction work, which results in structures of good quality at reasonable cost, availability and preparation of technical documents for quality control and quality assurance. Inspection and quality control are required for the construction project to ensure the execution of work as per the plan and specifications, and corrective actions taken for the Quality Management System.
